This Week's Schedule 9/9-9/15
All practices are after school at ZB Main Campus from 3:00-5:15 unless otherwise indicated.
Monday: PICTURE DAY. Bring practice clothes AND your uniform. Speed day.
Tuesday: RACE DAY!  Quad #1 @ Mundelein with LZ & Libertyville

• BUS: LEAVES at 3:15
• BRING: Uniform, ZBXC tee, change of clothes, water, food, running shoes, spikes (optional). 
• Race Schedule: All races are 3 miles. Men first around 4:45. Women second around 5:30. Should be home around 8 pm.

Wednesday: Testing Day--ROYO Long Run
Thursday:  Tempo or speed
Friday:  TBD
Saturday:  Morning Practice @ Wadsworth Hill--7:00-9:15 am. Take Wadsworth Road west to Northwoods Road (west of Delaney). Turn south and park in the lot!​
Sunday:  Recovery minutes
